I
tried to download the software but got a message box that read "Your
current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded".
The security settings in Internet Explorer
are set too high and are preventing you from downloading any software over
the Internet.
To fix this, please try solution #1 below. If solution #1 does not
work for you for some reason, try solution #2.
Solution #1:
- Click "Tools" on the task menu located at the top of
Internet Explorer.
- Select "Internet Options" from the menu that drops down.
- Click the "Security" tab then click the "Default Level" button.
- Make sure the slider located to the left is set to "Medium".
- Click the "OK" button at the
bottom of the box.
After you adjust your security settings, click
here to return to the download page.
Note: If this solution did not work for you, please try solution #2
below.
Solution #2:
- Click "Tools" on the task menu located at the top of
Internet Explorer.
